An asset management system that connects Snipe-IT's tracking to a custom Laravel admin portal. It keeps tabs on university hardware, software licenses, and IT infrastructure so nobody has to chase it all down by hand.

Tracking physical assets and software licenses by hand across departments meant the numbers rarely matched up. Equipment went missing on paper, and audits kept getting pushed back.

Built a dashboard with Laravel and MySQL that talks directly to the Snipe-IT REST API. Asset updates happen in real time, license expirations trigger alerts, and inventory reports are ready when someone needs them.
